I really wanted one for my small kitchen but couldn't. Because: 1) The three parts are very difficult to separate and put together. If you forget to separate them before you reach the center of the cookie, not only will it be difficult for you, but you will have to wash all 3 pieces as you will discolor them if you take them apart with floured hands. 2) The red peel scraper is too hard and quite unusable. 3) The metal bench is uncomfortable to hold.
