So I read all the reviews and wondered how they could be so different. I mean big time. Not much in the middle. People either love them or think they're completely useless. I figured there must be a reason. I decided to go ahead and try them out and see how it went. I can always go back, right? They work great. If you follow the instructions. That little line in the corner of the bag that says not to fill it any further? You don't play. If you fill in too much, you will ruin the suction power. Those little foils they give you to seal the package? You are there for a real reason. use them I thought one was sealed but it didn't shrink. I double checked that. Nothing yet. Then I used foil. Turns out I didn't seal it as well as I thought I would. It worked fine. I've really gone a little crazy. I used 98% of the packs provided and didn't even touch the freezer. I came here to order more bags and then I thought I should probably write a review! For now I will definitely be buying again (I know it's obvious as I buy more bags!). If I find that they don't keep their seal I will update the information. Update: Anything that ages or releases gas is no good. Don't put bananas in it! I also had fresh green beans, already washed and shelled, blown through the seal. It works great with cheese, pepperoni, butter (prevents all smells being sucked up from the fridge!)
