I was 22 weeks pregnant with twins at the time of purchase. I was in so much pain I couldn't even stand up so I went to L&D for fear of my girls. Luckily they are fine, they just tore all my muscles and ligaments. The doctor recommends that I get a splint to support my abdomen. Therefore, while waiting for the relief on Amazon, I hoped and bought this product. I received it in 2 days. Instructions were included, but even if there weren't any, I could have done it. It's semi-comfortable. I have to adjust it once or twice a day and you can see yourself under clothes but it does the job. I can work easily and almost pain-free
