We have been using this product for 18 months now and it is working wonders for my (almost) 6 year old son who has anxiety (separation anxiety, change or new things) and possibly ADHD. When he takes them, there are far fewer outbursts, he can argue and concentrate, and even better deal with things that bother him. He surprised us with how well he got into kindergarten as we were ready for meltdowns, but they never happened! My pediatrician reviewed the formulation and not only approved but was very impressed with the combination used. It seriously changed the rules of the game. My only complaint is the reliability of the creek site. They are sold out and may take a while to be returned. So always keep an unopened bottle handy. We had two occasions where we had to wait weeks for them to be refilled which was awful but a testament to how well they work and how much my son needs them. We recently tried another brand of calming vitamin while waiting for a refill and it didn't work as well as this one. I would recommend this to anyone with a child with more than normal constant flare ups and any type of constant anxiety.
