I have been using Sensodyne for sensitive teeth for many years. My dentist recently advised me to try Arm & Hammer (A&M) Complete Care. I hesitated and hesitated to buy these 6 packs. After using it for some time I have to admit that I love it. My dentist said that A&M doesn't use any abrasive whitening ingredients. The main ingredient in baking soda safely whitens and neutralizes harmful acids while being gentle on tooth enamel. This toothpaste is the perfect balance between cleaning and freshness. I love that it has a nice minty flavor and a baking soda aftertaste. This toothpaste has also helped my teeth become less sensitive. I'm glad I found a replacement and paid less! If you've never tried this before, I would encourage you to try the power of baking soda!
