This C-Clamp table stand works well with panel or ring LED lights as long as they are not too heavy (like these COB LED To shine). I used it for Aputure Amran HR672 LED bar with 20x20 lightbox. No problems, very durable. I'm pretty sure it will work just fine with Adorama's 19-inch LED ring light too. Overall, the material, quality and workmanship are very good. It's ok but not as strong as those computer monitor clips (like Wali, Vivo). This is one of the areas Neewer could improve and potentially support COB LED dome lights. But for the price there is nothing to complain about here. The height is adjustable and when fully extended, it can work well for both main and fill light. The reason for this is that you usually want the light to be a little higher and pointing down at a 45 degree angle.
