Soundproofing: When the music is off, you hear everything. When it is on, the outside world is almost inaudible. Honestly, I expected much worse soundproofing, but these earbuds surprised me. The iconx has worse insulation, while they are plugs, and according to this point they lose to the earbuds! 3. The only negative is functionality. Here they lose iconx. If in iconx you can pause with one tap, switch the track forward / backward, record workouts, then in airpods you can assign only 2 actions, 1 for each ear, and then in a limited number of those presented in the settings. It is not comfortable. I put the track skip on the left ear, and pause on the right, but this is not enough. But you can use Siri, for example, say "hello siri, call Vanya", and she will call the one you named from your phone book, while you did not take out the phone. There is no such thing in iconx. And what is very important - they can be used with Android devices.
