This is to be a replacement for the first one which broke before shipping. Guess what? Broke again. There was glass. I don't think it's a good idea to put glass items in a mailer? I'm not trying to figure out if the third time is good. Overall I think this product is too thin. The console's body is thinner than most, and complaints of poor docking fit are likely to come from the top and bottom. Controller cases consist of 2 parts and that's weird. The top piece is a "bezel" that slides and easily snaps into place with the 2nd base piece. The first image is a broken screen replacement. leather
