The provided device is not working.
Radiator, bracket, hoses and intermediate plate fit together perfectly. However, the o-rings on the sandwich panel were too big, the included bolts were too small to thread nuts on, and the small allen wrenches on the sandwich panel leaked even with teflon tape. I had to use my own hardware, but once I had everything I needed, the installation went smoothly. This oil cooler is great, just be prepared to use your own hardware.
