This camera takes good pictures, comparable to a high quality mobile phone. I am very happy with its use as a webcam. The 16x zoom feature unlocks all possible video options for Zoom meetings. I've found an area where my green screen fills the background and where I'm framed in what I believe to be perfect proportions, but physically far enough away that my nose and chin aren't overdone. This is MUCH better than my $65 webcam. BUT. small instruction booklet rather poor, small print and diagrams. I had to take a picture with my phone and then expand the image there just to kind of read what it says (which wasn't much anyway). And where to insert the SD card? Finally, I noticed the SD card slot, which is right next to the battery hole. And then I finally learned how to switch to webcam mode from a YouTube video that casually mentioned this technique. In short, if you're looking for a basic, very decent camera this is good, and if you're looking for a webcam this is amazing.
