So this printer was shipped to me and it was obviously used as it had a second micro sd card with prints on it and the fan housing is cracked. where are the screws I've had a few issues with failed prints when the filament returns to the extruder, which seems to be common with this printer. The dual fans also turn on when the nozzle heats up and then turn off once the print starts, so I have to turn them on manually each time so the filament doesn't cool down if I forget to turn on the fans instead of sticking . to the frame moves up to the extruder. Finally, this printer only allows 20 prints at a time on the SD card, since the print menu consists of 5 pages, each allowing 4 gcode, the printer does not look in folders for additional prints. However, the touchscreen is nice and responsive, and when typing works, it's a joy to use.
