Review on Demon Slayer Katana Samurai Sword - RENGENG Cosplay Anime Carbon Steel, Hand-Wound Wax Rope by Kurt Manning

Like the title says it’s not perfect, there are a few small areas with chips in paint like the flames and the fire guard but very very minimal and you’d have to be looking pretty hard. That being said, the rest is gorgeous, the scabbard is wrapped in a type of leather I think and beautiful sewn together down the side like it was handmade but it feels strong and durable. Sheathing and unsheathing is very smooth but sometimes tiny pieces of dust get on the blade when you pull it out. The handle is my favorite part because it looks like a real katana versus the simple wrap around handle you’ll see on other versions of this sword. It’s got a great weight to it and it is made of steel but not sharp at all which is what I wanted. It came oiled which I wasn’t sure why might be for a reason but there was no issue just wiping it down and revealing the beautiful shine. Overall highly impressed for the price and time it took, came super early, and might consider buying the other versions.
