3 straps per leg provide the desired pressure. The automatic program performs foot/calf/thigh in sequence. Individual programs each process one area. The programs are fine, but I wish there was a program like the hospital versions where the contractions are regular and don't change the intensity of the contractions. Only the desired bands can be used. I found the foot massager uncomfortable for me as my ankle needs to be flexed in an upright position, not prone. So I would just omit the tape. Thick power cords connected straps that looked secure and well insulated. The controls are large and unwieldy, so I'd leave them in order while doing the routine. The controls are easy to use too, but it would be nice if it was a remote control that wasn't connected to a power cord. to enhance the glow I could see, but I may have missed it. The delivery was fast and everything is in good condition. I would give it 5 stars except I really wanted to pick a constant beat, draw/release program, not just beat variations and beat durations. Good product, a little bulky but basically still what I was hoping for. an experience.
