I bought this computer as a high school gift for my husband BUT it keeps freezing when I'm surfing the web. I don't understand if it's a brand new computer why it's having problems in the first place. I sent it back to the seller to have it fixed and they still have the same problem. I'm not sure how to solve this. Please help me.
