To solve the problem of heating, I began to experiment with overclocking. I found out that a reasonable maximum is 4.5 GHz for all cores at 1.25V. In multi-threaded applications, a small performance gain relative to drain, with reduced power consumption. And in low-threaded applications, the performance, on the contrary, decreased slightly (5%), but the zhor and heating disappeared, which is more important. I was able to overclock to 4.65GHz for all cores as much as possible, but in the Cinebench R23 test, the pace is over 96g and the consumption is close to 300W, which is out of bounds. As a result, I chose a reasonable, sufficient mode and fixed the frequency of all cores at 4.3 GHz, at a voltage of 1.075V. Relative to the drain, the performance fell slightly, so there is enough everywhere, but on the other hand, when all the cores are loaded, the power consumption decreased by 40%, and in low-threaded tasks by as much as 3 times with a corresponding decrease in temperatures. And now - silence and comfort with a conventional air cooling system in any tasks, including toys, which is much more important than performance records. In my opinion, it is not worth doubling power consumption for the sake of a 10% increase in performance.
