I like how easy it is to use for my small restaurant business. It was very user friendly in terms of learning curve and system functionality was great as well! The support center can be a bit slow at times but they are always quick to respond when contacted through their chat feature. If you are looking into purchasing this product then do so. You will not regret doing so!! Our orders were easily tracked and inputted into our accounting program along with receiving invoices from customers which allowed us to keep track of what we have ordered vs. what is left etc. This eliminated any confusion or errors during order taking.
