Just bought 2 for an upcoming trip where we could only have carry on. They were perfect for our under seat luggage and fit all the extra stuff that my husband and I (mostly me) couldn't fit in our small overhead luggage. He had a 17 inch laptop that fit nicely in the space allotted in his bag. In each backpack we also had: shoes, medium/small packing cubes with shirts, socks and underwear, toiletries, medication, kindle, phone, snacks. ", in our liter TSA liquid bag and mine I also had my makeup bag and a heavy sweater. We both had a water bottle in the side pocket. The bags still fit perfectly under the seat on an EXPRESS plane. They are lightweight and Looks professional and old enough to work and the straps feel strong, secure and comfortable My only complaint - As described: BLACK has a secure phone pocket on the strap PHONE POCKET - ONLY HAS A THIN STRAP Not secure in my opinion enough for a phone.
