The biggest benefit for me was that this system can be used from anywhere in the world which makes it easy for our team members stationed overseas who need assistance with software updates and other issues. Customer service has been excellent as well. Sometimes there are difficulties locating the files we're looking for when needed but I think most of these problems have been fixed over time since the inception of this product by ACS. Having an eForms program that does not require Adobe Flex makes managing forms easier than ever! We were able to use this from outside of the States as well through a VPN connection without any issues. I like that it provides me with an easy way for my employees who are out in remote locations around our state office complex (and beyond) access their emails via cell phones or tablets without having them come into work every day! It also keeps track/reports back how many times they opened each email which allows us as supervisors at this location some insight about what's going through people when we aren't there everyday monitoring everything ourselves!!
