This product does not wash out which causes my hair to break in large clumps. I have a 2 inch wide section at the back of my head that is about 1.5 to 2 inches long after this product ruined my hair. My hair continues to break often and I rarely color my hair. The last time I painted was in July, so there were new shoots at break points. It took me an hour to wash off most of the product and I had to shower again because my hair was still covered in color. I had to physically wash my hair to get the color in over an hour. I followed the instructions exactly. The bottle they give you is hard to understand why you should apply the paint. But worst of all, they offered me a refund after their product ruined my hair (I can't even go to a salon to fix it without shaving my head). "We're trying to fix it." Yes, because $20 will help after you destroy my hair.
