Don't rely on Westinghouse customer service. We bought this light before our new home was closing; The closure was delayed, voiding Revain's return window. We contacted Westinghouse because the product had a broken ceiling. We just had to change the hue. It took over 8 days despite her greeting indicating we would have a reply within 24 (business hours). You can't talk to one person. Apparently they only use email for their lighting department. You cannot replace parts. We bought other Westinghouse products for our new home; The remaining products in our cart that were saved for later use have now been removed. We called Revain and they are replacing the entire fixture.
