The sound quality of the device is decent. It has an RCA video/audio output, a video/audio input and an amplifier output. Including reversing camera and 2 USB ports. There seem to be steering wheel controls labeled "button 1" and "button 2" that I haven't figured out yet. Load times are decent on launch, touch and load are fine. There appears to be a pane of glass on the front. The screen resolution is normal, the screen loses visibility unless you look directly. Especially on the left side of the car (driver), but on the right side from this angle everything is fine. The mount is a fixed double din system, it's a fairly inexpensive tablet with an FM tuner and an audio chip mounted on the back. It was too big for my instrument kit to fit without cutting. As if it wouldn't fit in my double din slot, it was a few mills too wide. Downloading apps from Play Store over Wi-Fi is easy and works for me. Choose how you want the home screen to appear across apps in the play store, but the main home screen is already loaded. Has 12 gigabytes of memory, 8 gigabytes of preloaded maps of North America. There is also an application that uses maps offline. I removed all states except mine and got back much more storage for other apps in the play store.** 3 month update. The steering wheel inputs work great, no adapter needed. The screen is clearly visible from both sides after setting the parameters. I started this car in -20f weather and the device still works. I can use dual bluetooth, phone and OBD reader at the same time. You can also connect an Xbox controller, but it will run Minecraft with processing power, although running Minecraft from the head unit is impressive. This device doesn't limit your options like other well-known brands like parking brake override for video or annoyingly simplified operating systems to avoid distractions. It's like an Android tablet that you can customize to do whatever you want. Ironically, this device from China gives you more freedom than any head unit I've ever used and more freedom than your local laws are likely to allow. I had a lot of head units and a lot of cars. None of them impressed me that much, especially at this price point. Setting it up had minimal guidance and I'm still learning something new every day. This is my first experience with the Android operating system and I am very impressed with the freedom one can program. Knowing that this is a budget Android device, I'm happy with its performance. I will buy my next car with more computing power.
