1. The instructions on the packaging are difficult to read: black writing (about 8 dots) on a silver background. What stupid manager/marketing idiot made that choice? 2. The smell was a horrible chemical smell that permeated the house. We had to open windows and doors and turn on 3 fans for a couple of hours so we could breathe. I am still looking for a safety data sheet for this product. Search the internet for toxic fumes from cleaning chemicals. I ran two cycles with no cleaner; clear water to get rid of the smell.5. Procter & Gamble executives should be required to service their dishwashers with this product - BEFORE they sell it to the public.
