I would rate the manual blood-pressure kit as a 5.0/5.0 for one particular reason; the quality vs price. I really love the bp cuff for the convenience the strap makes compared to other models I have seen. As a patient, a nurse steadily trying to re-tighten and re-position a cuff is uncomfortable, and gives me the impression that they aren't a great nurse. The design of this cuff basically eliminates the guess and check method; and allows you to properly apply it on the first attempt. The stethoscope is good enough to be used as a student although I would prefer a better one in the set. The bag included is made very well and will probably be useful well beyond the cuff and stethoscopes lifespan. The directions included are excellent; as someone who hadnt previously checked my own blood pressure manually; they had me doing it correctly on the first attempt. The customer service goes out of their way to make sure your happy with the product; if you have a problem with it, it will be solved.
