I read the instructions when I received them and used the oven for the first time the next day. I quickly realized that I wasted my time reading the instructions completely because I've obviously been asleep ever since. This made it much easier to find what I needed in the book, even if I couldn't remember anything. I bought a pressure cooker cookbook and it went well with the instructions, so I'm keeping them together now. Even though the cookbook had a different brand name, the concept was the same and everything worked out great. I chose this brand of stove based on the bad reviews from a well known brand that said it broke the first time or had any problem. I'm not sure but I suspect that all of these boards are made in very few factories with different labels and this brand would have great reviews if there were few. I will say mine worked great. No problem and the ribs were fantastic, even though I say so myself. They're handy to have and it's a cheaper version with another great review.
