Doesn't hurt neighbors Pitbull
I thought this was the answer to my ailment. All reviews say it works. Well, in my experience, it doesn't work at all. I got the device working and placed it just below deck, where the neighbor's pit bull barks loudly and deeply with every movement. It may be 5-7 feet from the dog, the intensity or duration of its barking has not diminished. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm moving. i give it back
