The assortment of clothes, shoes, and accessories is uninteresting and underwhelming to choose from. Their products appear to be caught in a time warp from the early 2000s, as they do not follow the most recent fashion trends or designs. To make matters even more inconvenient, their website is cumbersome and challenging to traverse. Finding the specific item that you are looking for can feel like looking for a pinpoint in a haystack. And even when you do discover what you're looking for, the pictures are of such poor quality that it's difficult to get a good idea of what the item even looks like. On top of that, they offer zero support to their customers, which is a problem in and of itself. Have fun trying to get a response to any questions or concerns you might have regarding the purchase you placed. It's the equivalent of yelling into thin air. In general, I would say that shopping at Shanlin's internet store is not something that is worth your time. Look elsewhere if you want to stay up-to-date with the newest fashion trends and receive excellent support from a company. Even though Shanlin operates a traditional storefront, the quality of their internet presence leaves a lot to be desired. You can save yourself some time and effort by going shopping somewhere else.
