The listing picture is not similar to what you will get but you use your own rotor. The car starts a bit faster, I didn't notice any other differences. It's easy enough to install in the car with the distributor mounted in the front, when in the rear it's recommended to pull to make sure the bolts for the rotor are installed properly and don't hit the pickup. ***UPDATE*** 18 months after install started having problems when temp was below 50F then started randomly for 5-15 minutes after initial start and had to wait 10-20 minutes before it started again. I made sure that the full 12v and the coils are swapped, no joy, HEI is in now.
