Slightly heavier in the box but the parts are quite strong. The instructions are quite clear, a second hand could help screwing the backrest to the seat through the brackets on the left and right; but it can be done with one hand if you screw it in halfway, then start on the other side and then tighten everything. The only problem is that this chair is probably not the best for people over 5 5 inches. The footrest is a little clunky and only works when my legs are folded. The "neck" pillow is good, but needs constant adjustment, especially if you lean forward even a little. My solution is to tuck the scarf underneath so it stays in place. There are also crossbars on the sides of the chair. it will affect you if you sit for a long time (I work in IT). It doesn't hurt, but it's uncomfortable. Overall I wouldn't buy it again but if you are shorter this chair is the best.
