Review on Baton by Calvin Reynolds

The dashboard is very easy to use for us since it has all of our accounts in one place. I love that we can easily pull up the information we need from anywhere. I wish there was more flexibility when creating dashboards (you could only select three columns). Also, the alerts aren't always as timely as they should be. We've been able to improve our communication with our clients by being able to send them alerts as soon as we find something that needs attention. We've also been able to keep track of projects more easily.
