The dashboard is very easy to use for us since it has all of our accounts in one place. I love that we can easily pull up the information we need from anywhere. I wish there was more flexibility when creating dashboards (you could only select three columns).

The ease of use for all our customers who have been using it since day one! Very intuitive interface that is easy enough even for non-technical users like myself (who has no idea what code or programming language looks like) to navigate.
I love how customizable this platform can be as well - you really don't need much training at all before getting started with Baton. There's nothing about baton i dislike yet! We've had great success so far by implementing them into our workflow process…
The ability for our customers' users (both internal as well external)to be able use one platform across multiple projects is extremely valuable! It has also been great that we can have access via mobile devices so it's available anywhere at anytime with ease of communication between all parties involved within each customer account/project management area!! I would like more options when creating new work orders or issues which could then feed back automatically onto other areas such problems /
