Review on Baton by Joseph Morris

The ability for our customers' users (both internal as well external)to be able use one platform across multiple projects is extremely valuable! It has also been great that we can have access via mobile devices so it's available anywhere at anytime with ease of communication between all parties involved within each customer account/project management area!! I would like more options when creating new work orders or issues which could then feed back automatically onto other areas such problems / tickets etc., but this may just take some getting used too?? So far nothing specific really - its worked out ok though very easy system overall- excellent support from staff who always go above & beyond what you'd expect!! Highly recommended if anyone requires an integrated toolkit solution rather having many different toolsets around various departments throughout organisation.
