This shape is exclusive to M&P soap. I just received it today and was skeptical because it seemed brittle compared to other molds I have. I used loofah pieces which I soaked in water before adding soap and when I lifted the mold it was very wobbly. I ended up putting my mold in the fridge, so I put a board underneath, knowing I'd be moving it in and out between dying sessions. Demoulding the soaps was the best and easiest, they popped out instantly with no effort and my soap looks beautiful. As others have said the shape is not straight up and down which is perfect for my soap. I like them to be a bit wider at the bottom as it gives them a slight shape. I would give this form an A++. I would be ready if your soap is as heavy as mine with some support.
