Not the quality I expected from Keane but good customer service
I had the same problem as others, the eyelet on the top broke off after about 1 month of use. Very disappointed with it. However, the shoe itself is lightweight and overall very comfortable. ***To update. I contacted Keen support. They responded quickly and they will be credited to me as they are still under warranty. This is my first experience with Keen and I have to say I am impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue.
