The best part of using this software is that it's easy for employees to report issues without having to go through their supervisor or HR department first. It makes the process much more efficient because you can see all relevant information right from your dashboard. There are many different reports available so I was never overwhelmed with too much data to look at. Sometimes there were delays when trying to submit an incident via email but overall everything worked smoothly. Reporting minor accidents where no one gets hurt. I like that it is a one stop shop for all of my claims needs. It is easy to navigate and has saved me time by having everything I need in one place. I do not have any dislikes. Sometimes it could be more user friendly. Sometimes it gets confused with other apps or programs and sometimes it takes longer than necessary to load. I use this app for all of my claims needs. The support team are always willing to help. Even if I am just trying to figure out something they are quick to respond.
