Not as strong as I'd like
My 10 year old loves these pants. They fit as expected and were very comfortable. However, we bought them to wear under basketball shorts and they didn't survive the first game. He yanked his knee right out of them as he fell. While they're probably fine for running, they won't stand up to any sport that might involve contact.
