In general, I drank like clockwork, and I really like it. The investment is definitely worth it. While I'm not saying this happens in all (or even most) cases, the screw that holds the blade guard mechanism in place (which allows it to close the blade when the handle is up and retract , if you move the cut), broken in two during my second cut. When I contacted this seller, they replied that they would contact the manufacturer to review my warranty options. I never heard from them again. I have since contacted the manufacturer directly and they should send me a new screw (it didn't arrive after two weeks). Disassembling the saw is fairly easy, so that's a plus.
