Buyer Warning! Choking Hazard

I have been using Hill's Science Light Diet on my English Bulldog for almost 10 years. My vet recommended it for weight management and I've never had a problem with it. so far! Beware if you have a bully or another breed that likes to inhale food like bulldogs usually do. I've always had an "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality. And apparently some "genius" of this company decided to make the stones MUCH SMALLER. Now my bulldog chokes on this food every time! Choked to the point of unconsciousness and vomiting! Since the pebbles are about 1/3 smaller than before, he stuffs these tiny pebbles in his mouth and chews incorrectly, and the food gets stuck in his throat. I've always had one of those weighted balls in his bowl to slow him down while eating, but even that doesn't solve the problem. By the way, he NEVER had this problem in all the years he ate the scientific diet before this new bag came out. Please be careful when feeding this WASTE to your pet. I'll be calling this company soon to complain and see if I can get some sort of refund and warn them in case these nerds don't know the new marketing strategy could put dogs in danger of suffocation. the difference between the old version (right) and the new and "improved" version of Hill's.
