Bought direct from manufacturer to save money. Big mistake. You have no right of return at all. The filter is translucent and has gaps. The mask itself breaks my nose and causes discomfort. The manufacturer was told that the mask broke my nose. They recommended that I cut the frame of the mask, leaving it intact and unusable. The customer service experience with the manufacturer was terrible. They will not compromise despite my dissatisfaction and will continue to demand positive feedback from me.
