Review on Altara by Cameron Novak

I like that it's very easy to use, especially for someone without much technical knowledge or expertise in using business software systems (like myself). It took me about an hour to figure out how everything worked once you've logged into your account - but then again this was just after my first day! You can do almost anything through altaras system from taking inventory all the way up to creating customer service tickets/reports etc., so there really isn't too many things you cannot get done via their platform. The only thing i dislike are some reports which take forever before they show any sort results due to them having such large data sets within each report area. If anyone needs help getting set-up feel free ask away as we were given no training at all when setting our accounts up ourselves because everyone else had been doing it already prior leaving us behind.
