The ability to have multiple people use one platform makes it easy for everyone to access information when needed. When I am looking up an employee's contact info or time off requests, it takes too long for me to figure things out if I'm not familiar with them. It would be nice if there were easier ways to input data into their system (such as through a mobile app). Also, sometimes their search feature doesn't work properly so you end up having to go back to your record to find what you're searching for again. They are very thorough in collecting all of my employees' information and keeping track of everything they do. Even though our company does not currently utilize HR software, we plan on using this once that process has been completed.
