Review on 🧥 Cortesi Home Lava Coat Rack - Chrome/Dark Walnut Finish with Marble Base by Mary Marie

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Note the twenty-sixth piece

After moving to Washington State in the Pacific Northwest last year, to a house about two miles from Puget Sound, we came to experience seasons we don't experience in Southern California . Especially in winter. It's gloriously cold and rainy here, and we wore coats and jackets that were never worn in the south in its dreary year-round temperate climate—at least I wasn't. My wife is more of a cold wimp. Today we received and installed a new addition to our hallway, the CORTESI HOME LAVA MARBLE BASED COAT HANGER. First, the base color of the temple we received looks like gray and white marble. I suspect it can vary between individual shelves, so don't worry if you get a different color as long as it doesn't clash with the unfortunate color scheme of the rest of your home. The stand comes in a box of twenty-five plus one. 25 are shown in the five-step assembly instructions. Another item not shown - don't worry - is a lock washer that must be bolted to the base when attaching the first length of B-pillar. Also, one of the parts is a practically useless little wrench; Better to use a small adjustable wrench or pliers. Also bear in mind that the assembly instructions are purely pictorial and schematic representations without textual explanations; This relieved the manufacturer of the need to print instructions in thirteen languages. When assembling the top 10 hook knot (Step 4 of the instructions), the person doing this should be someone with relatively small, dexterous fingers, rather than a tall, clumsy, chubby person. My wife and I assembled the rack for 30 minutes; I think any 10 year old can do it faster. The fully assembled rack measures just over 66 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of the center post and just over 68 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of the tallest hooks. The base is 15 inches in diameter and the top five hooks describe a circle about 18 to 19 inches in diameter. There are three tiers of 14 hooks: 4, 5, and 5 from lowest to highest. At 21 inches from the bottom of the base is a ring made in two halves to hang or stand the umbrella. We now have two jackets hanging on a hanger which luckily shows no signs of tipping over. It serves the purpose I bought it for and the wife is very happy. That last fact alone earns it a 5-star rating.
