I had high hopes for these spoons. Good measuring spoons are essential for me when cooking. They must be easy to use, accurate and reliable. This was my second failed attempt at a brand. The picture shows individual spoons lying on the counter. At first I thought it was just to show the spoons, but the ring opened up during cooking. I want the set to stay together so I can measure different ingredients in a recipe without having to search for my spoons. It is too easy to lose loose trays when separating. When I used them I found the design disappointing. The curved ends of the spoons got stuck in the repeatedly opened ring. As soon as the ring opened, the spoons fell to the ground. This was after I got the spoons in order and securely fastened the ring. Pros: The bowls of the spoons are very nice - the edges are even and I find them neat. They nest well. The bowls fit easily into the spice jars. Cons: The description says these are high quality spoons but they feel a little flimsy/thin. The main problem for me is the design of the grips - wider in the middle and at the top and curved down at the end. Artistic maybe, but it caused problems with the ring opening and the spoons falling off. I'm going back to another manufacturer and design. I don't want to play around with spoons when cooking/baking. That didn't work for me. wish you luck
