Well made, durable, fits 20-26 inch wheels.
I bought this for my kids bike with 20" wheels and it fits great. At first I was concerned it might be too deep for a small bike, but it fits perfectly! It fits medium sized bottles and is deep enough for a small bouquet. It's a bit heavier than expected due to the plastic, but it feels very sturdy and waterproof. My kid put toys inside and didn't complain about the extra weight on the handlebars.
