
Not OEM quality but worth the money. I am posting many photos of my right sidelight setup to show you what I am talking about in this review. I would actually give this place about 3 1/2 stars. At about a third of the OEM price, they're worth the money. If you have a hand and a little patience and don't mind making minor changes. Go and buy these lamps. But if you expect them to fit and work as intended, then don't. The only real modification I've made is to take out the old Phillips head screws that attach to the headlight's mounting ring and replace them with the Torx screws that came with the original, as as previous reviews have said was done, the screws were stripped and I was ready. because I read the reviews before I bought it. The tools you will need are a 10mm socket with a 6" extension and a ratchet. Phillips screwdriver and Torx screwdriver. There are three 10mm head screws to remove and a "damn clip"! I'm calling it a damn clip because I chose that particular expletive. I'm trying to figure out how to remove the headlight assembly. You can loosen the clip with a road screwdriver and pry the old clip out of the hole in the fender. See photos. After removing the assembly, you need to remove the bulbs and disconnect the bulbs. Remove the retaining ring from the headlight bulb, use the torx screws from the old headlight assembly and replace the Phillips head screws which will most likely already be stripped off when you receive them. The torx screws from the original assembly are longer and hold better. If you slide the headlight bulb all the way into the bulb, no matter how hard you tighten the torx screws, the locking ring will come loose. I've read other reviews where people have added an o-ring to a headlight bulb and solved the problem. I may have to do this later, but for now I haven't fully seated the headlight bulb into the assembly. I was about to use the whole socket and bald head from the old turn signal assembly because the socket was chrome and the new one was black. The cartridge does not fit the new lamp, apparently it is different than the factory made. After placing the bulbs in the new assembly and replacing the locking ring, I reattach the bulb to the truck using the three screws and clamp in reverse order. It got dark after replacing the right node, so I'll replace the left one tomorrow. Since it was dark I was able to adjust my headlight very easily by using a Phillips screwdriver and loosening or tightening two rods until it was properly aligned.
