fish candies!

This material works very well. I have an Artemia hatchery so I can feed my little fish live food every day. Artemia alone is not that nutritious. Without the addition of phytoplankton, it's like feeding my kid ice cream for dinner. But when I add phytoplankton, it's like feeding my son spinach ice cream. They love it and it's nutritious. I recommend a brine shrimp hatchery for your small fish because as I mentioned in my review of the last one I bought, you never see true feeding frenzy until you add a batch of newly hatched brine shrimp to your tank. You'll go crazy for it. I set up my hatchery with my last batch and water a cap or two about 5-10 hours before hatching. This way the shrimp have a chance to eat and ingest it and it becomes a much healthier treat for my fish! I know that using this product also benefits corals, but I don't know much about it. I have a freshwater aquarium. After using phytoplankton for about a week, I've noticed that my fish are much more energetic. My measles are always bouncing off walls and my zebrafish are always chasing each other. It's so much fun to watch. I see a noticeable difference in their energy levels. I love my fish, they are my pride and joy. I would never give them anything that I don't think would benefit them. I recommend getting this stuff for your brine shrimp or coral hatchery if that's your thing. I've heard a lot of good things about using this stuff on coral, but again I don't know much about it. For the price you get a nice 8.5 ounce bottle that will last a long time. All in all it was a great purchase!
