I ordered this overnight - as I switched from a hard collar.I was surprised at how soft it is - even with the proper amount of cervical support!Make sure you measure as per the instructions. My dress shirt collar is 16. 5 inches, but my neck is 14.5 inches per the fitting instructions.The collar comes with a separate washable, thin cover.
- This helps tremendously to take the pressure off my neck, after a break in 2019. Comfy too
- May not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions
