What a disaster for heating, cooling and air quality

and pilot's ignition button will not turn on. I called the manufacturer who created the claim but after numerous emails sent no email was returned to me. Finally called the manufacturer again, who informed me that the part needed for the repair was missing and that I should try to find it from a third-party manufacturer. No wonder - they don't exist in the offmarket. I called an independent repair company and paid $75 thinking they could start the heater, only to find out the gas valve was defective too. .
