The team at spearmc has been very professional in terms of project management, implementation process, training, etc., throughout all phases of our PeopleSoft implementation. They have also provided us great customer service after we switched to another vendor for some additional support needs that arose during the course of the project. I believe their expertise lies primarily within their ability to drive cost reduction through more efficient solutions while maintaining high quality standards as well as providing excellent client service. We haven't really seen any downsides yet but are happy to say that they continue to provide outstanding performance on each and every engagement.
