Reference I'm 5'7" and 125-130 pounds (body: muscular). Amazing quality! I am so happy with my purchase. I have the Lululemon Speed Up Shorts in black and I like them even better. The material is identical, but the belt is slightly more comfortable. In addition, they are so cute. I can't wait to put them on for training. Be sure to buy these.
