The ease of being able to get customer's photos, testimonials, comments, and even their feedback rating in a few quick moves! It has opened up a whole new world of what businesses can do to create and maintain a highly favorable reputation in the online community! There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this software! It is so simple to use, extremely beneficial, and helps take the stress out of posting online reviews. It also works with a wide variety of websites and content management systems. Not only does it have a wonderful user interface, but the support team is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I like that this is an all in one system - no need additional software or platforms! The interface seems well thought out, intuitively logical steps with each feature making sense (and being able use multiple accounts). It's super simple but still offers so much capability without needing tons oof features/toolsets etc.- just what we needed as consultants who want simplicity yet powerful capabilities when writing client service tickets / proposals & RFPs.
